I did a degree in Pharmacology at University of Manchester (1993-1996) and then worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years, setting up Phase I-III clinical trials. I completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma at CNELM (Centre for Nutrition Education & Lifestyle Management) which is accredited by Middlesex University. I have a private Nutritional Therapy Practice based at The Natural Gateway Clinic in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. I work with people who are seeking to improve their health and slow down or prevent the onset of chronic disease through nutrition and lifestyle. I consider each individual to be unique, and provide detailed evidence-based, personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions to address nutritional imbalances, with individual support to help people to achieve their health goals and achieve optimum well-being. My areas of specialist interest are chronic health conditions, chronic fatigue, stress, digestive symptoms and other health complaints. I also help individuals who are trying to manage their weight, planning a family, pregnant, breast-feeding, approaching the menopause, or would just like to support their health and well-being now and for the future. I volunteer one day a week at Camden Carers’ Service, giving nutrition consultations to full-time carers who live in that borough
