I have been a consultant rheumatologist since 2001, based at the Barnet & Chase Farm NHS Trust,where I am currently clinical lead in rheumatology, and local private hospitals. I qualified from Oxford and the Royal Free Hospitals and my training in general medicine and rheumatology included periods at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, Central Middlesex, Northwick Park, the Hammersmith Hospital Postgraduate Medical School and at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

I have had extensive experience in general rheumatology, and my particular interests have included inflammatory joint disease and vasculitis, gout,nerve blocks for shoulder and referred cervical spine pain, and latterly osteoporosis and rheumatic disease and pregnancy.
