Mr Hannan is an expert ENT physician and surgeon. He qualified from King's
College London, where he received the Negus-Cawthorne Prize in
Otorhinolaryngology and the national undergraduate prize of the British
Association of Otorhinolaryngologists. He then went on to officially pursue
postgraduate training in Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. In
2009, after completing his higher surgical training, Mr Hannan was appointed
to the consultant staff at the prestigious Royal National ENT Hospital,
considered as an international centre of excellence for its treatment of all ENT
conditions. He now provides a full elective ENT service for both adults and
children. With his NHS base firmly established in North Central and North West
London, Mr Hannan seeks to replicate his first class ENT service for patients in
the private sector.
Mr Hannan also enjoys dedicated roles in teaching and training, and indeed is
an assigned educational supervisor on the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum
Programme, a foundation educational supervisor on the NHS ePortfolio, and
an honorary clinical associate professor at UCL Medical School. Furthermore,
Mr Hannan is clinical and educational supervisor to local GPwER in ENT
teams that deliver expanding Community ENT services in North Central London

Through his regular academic engagement with GPs, Mr Hannan has built up
a large number and range of lectures, covering medical and surgical
management of elective and emergency ENT conditions in both adults and
children, all with a primary care focus. He is also happy to take requests for
particular ENT topics or interests, and is often asked to deliver his very popular
ENT Q and A session.
