Dr Sajir Mohamedbhai graduated in Medicine from the University of Cambridge in 2002. He underwent his post-graduate training in London, and completed specialist training in Haematology in 2011. In 2012, he was appointed substantive Consultant Haematologist at North Middlesex Hospital, with a joint appointment at UCLH. He is Clinical Lead for the Haematology Department at North Middlesex Hospital.
He sees patients with haematological malignancies (including chronic leukaemias, lymphoma, myeloma and myelodysplasia) and general/diagnostic haematology problems. He is part of a large, internationally recognised team involved in looking after patients with lymphoma at UCLH. He is involved in recruiting patients into national clinical trials in lymphoma.
