He was appointed Consultant Cardiologist at Ealing Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital in 2003 where he performs diagnostic angiography at Ealing Hospital and Interventional Cardiology at the Hammersmith Hospital.
He also has an active research programme and responsibility for acute general medical and cardiology patients at Ealing Hospital. Dr Sethi qualified in 1992 from the United Medical and Dental schools of Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospitals.
His SHO training included the Royal Brompton Hospital and the London Chest Hospital and he trained as a Specialist Registrar at King Georges, Broomfield, Barts and the London Chest Hospitals. His continuing research interests include, prothrombotic risk factors in coronary artery disease, novel strategies for improving vascular dysfunction in coronary artery disease and heart failure, and the management of acute coronary syndromes.
He is also chair of the North West London Cardiac Network group on cardiac rehabilitation.
